1. Who runs this website
josephhh.com is operated by reWRK Solutions Ltd, trading as Joseph Hammond-Hagan Coaching & Advisory (JHHCA). Company number 11748951, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Email: hello@josephhh.com. VAT number 464380875. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean reWRK Solutions Ltd. "You" means anyone using this website.
2. Agreeing to these terms
Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Buying coaching or advisory services from us is governed by a separate document, our Coaching and Advisory Services Terms, together with the engagement agreement we sign with you. Those terms take precedence over these for anything related to paid services.
3. What this website is for
This site describes our coaching and advisory work, lets you contact us, and lets you book a discovery conversation. It is for information. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to enter into a contract, and nothing on it constitutes professional advice.
4. What the content is, and is not
The writing, models, and material on this site, including anything described as Recalibration Intelligence™, are general commentary drawn from our experience of coaching senior leaders. It is not medical advice, psychological or psychiatric treatment, therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of those. Coaching is a distinct discipline with its own aims and boundaries. If you are dealing with a mental health difficulty, a medical condition, or a crisis, speak to your GP or a qualified clinician. In an emergency in the UK, call 999, or the Samaritans on 116 123. Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read here.
5. Accuracy
We write carefully, keep the site current, and do not promise that everything on it is complete, accurate, or up to date at every moment. Content changes as our thinking changes. Testimonials on the Appreciation page are real and given by the people named or described. They describe those people's experience. They are not a prediction of what you will get. Coaching outcomes depend on you, your circumstances, and the work you do between sessions.
6. Inquiries and booking a conversation
The contact forms on this site send your message to us. Submitting one does not create a contract or obligate us to respond, though we normally reply within 3 working days.
The Book a Conversation page uses Acuity Scheduling. Booking a discovery conversation is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may need to move or cancel a booked conversation, and we will give you as much notice as we can. Give us accurate information. If you give us someone else's details, make sure you have their permission.
7. The scorecard
Our scorecard at josephhh.scoreapp.com produces a score and a report from the answers you give. It is a self-assessment tool for reflection. It is not a diagnostic instrument, a psychometric assessment, or a clinical measure, and it has not been validated as one. Do not make a significant decision on the strength of the result alone. Completing the scorecard is free. You choose whether to give us your email address to receive the report.
8. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, everything on this site: the text, images, design, logos, and the Recalibration Intelligence™ name and framework. You may read the site, print or download extracts for your own non-commercial use, and share a link to any page. You may not republish our content, sell it, reproduce it in your own materials, use it to train an AI model, or present our frameworks as your own. Quote us briefly with attribution and a link if you want to reference the work. Our logos and trade marks may not be used without written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
9. Anything you send us
If you send us content, whether a message, a comment, a testimonial, or material for a session, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. If you send us a testimonial, we may publish it on the site and in our marketing, with the attribution you agreed. Tell us, and we will remove it. Do not send us anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious.
10. Links to other sites
We may link to sites we did not build or control, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Acuity, and ScoreApp. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on those sites or what they do with your data. Read their terms and privacy notices.
11. Using the site properly
Do not:
use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, including for training machine learning models
attack the site, including through a denial-of-service attack
Doing any of this may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report it and give the authorities your identity.
12. Availability
We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of it without notice.
13. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded
If you are a consumer. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss. We do not exclude any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
If you are a business. We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable to you for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, however caused. Our total liability to you in connection with your use of this website is limited to £100.
We are not liable for any loss caused by a virus or other harmful material you pick up from the site or from anything you download from it. Use your own virus protection.
14. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Notice. Both form part of your use of this site.
15. Governing law
If you are a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your own courts.
If you are a business. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. No one other than you and us has the right to enforce these terms.
