Cookie Notice

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on josephhh.com, a website operated by reWRK Solutions Ltd, trading as Joseph Hammond-Hagan Coaching & Advisory (JHHCA), company number 11748951, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.

Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the data these cookies collect.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website puts on your device so it can recognise your browser next time. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tracking scripts. Where this notice says "cookies," it covers all of them.

2. Your choice

When you first visit josephhh.com you see a banner. Nothing except strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose.

  • Accept all turns on every category below.

  • Decline all leaves only the strictly necessary cookies running.

  • Manage cookies lets you pick categories one by one.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences control on the site. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, though this will reset your preferences and you will see the banner again.

Turning off non-essential cookies does not restrict any part of the website.

3. The categories we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off. We do not need your consent for them because PECR exempts cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested.

We have used a Meta pixel for advertising in the past and may use one again. If we start running ads on Meta or LinkedIn, these cookies will only run where you have accepted the marketing category.

3.4 Third-party pages we link to

Two services we use sit on their own domains and set their own cookies once you get there:

Your choice on our banner does not carry over to those pages. Each has its own notice and its own controls. Acuity is part of Squarespace and is covered by Squarespace's cookie policy.

Embedded video, maps, or social content will set cookies from the provider once loaded.

4. Cookies we do not use

We do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies:

  • Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies

  • Safari: Settings, Privacy

  • Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security

  • Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions

Blocking all cookies will break parts of most websites, including this one.

6. Questions

Write to datacontroller@josephhh.com. If you think we are handling cookies badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

7. Changes

We review this notice when we add or remove a service that sets cookies. The date at the top shows the current version.
